Breytac offers airsoft accessories and related components, including products such as the Blank Kit V2, Thunder B Main Core, and cartridge adapters. The Blank Kit V2 is designed to convert compatible Thunder B grenades into impact-detonated blank grenades and is intended for airsoft simulation use only.
All product descriptions, technical details, compatibility notes, and images on the website are provided for general informational purposes. We aim to ensure that all information is accurate, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are free from minor inaccuracies, omissions, or non-material variations.

4. Availability and Product Changes
All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products, change specifications, update pricing, or modify product offerings at any time without prior notice.
Minor changes to materials, finish, packaging, or product details that do not affect the essential function of the product shall not be considered defects.
5. Orders
When you place an order through the website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After submitting your order, you may receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. The contract is formed only when Breytac confirms acceptance of the order and, where applicable, dispatches the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases involving:

- suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
- legal or shipping restrictions; or
- concerns about improper or unlawful use.
6. Prices and Payment

If a shipment cannot be delivered, is refused, or is returned due to customer error, failure to comply with local import requirements, or inability to complete delivery, we reserve the right to deduct any direct shipping or handling costs from any refund, where permitted by law.
8. Returns and Cancellations

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery unless a different period is required by applicable law. Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition, with all original parts and packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a partial refund for items that are used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or not returned in a resalable condition.
If a return is accepted, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
This section does not limit any mandatory rights that consumers may have under applicable law.
9. Issues with Your Order
If you believe that you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly at shoot@breytac.com and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant.
If the issue is confirmed, we may, as appropriate and where permitted by law:
- replace the product;
- repair the product;
- offer a partial refund; or
- issue a full refund.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, modification, negligent handling, or use contrary to instructions are not considered product defects.
10. Safety and Handling
You acknowledge that Breytac products may involve field-use risks and must be used with care. You agree to read and follow any instructions, warnings, safety guidance, and compatibility notes provided with the products or on the website.
Products must be stored, transported, and used safely and lawfully. Keep products away from children and use appropriate protective equipment where relevant.
Breytac shall not be liable for any damage, injury, loss, penalty, or claim arising from improper, unsafe, unlawful, or unintended use of the products.
