The People Behind Brey Tac
Brey Tac is built by airsoft operators, not by a marketing team. Every product we ship has been designed, tested, and broken in the field — by us, by our shooting squad, and by the operators we collaborate with. This is who we are.
Michele — Founder & Designer

The man on the far left
Miche founded Brey Tac to fix a problem he kept running into on the field: the gap between the airsoft gear available on the market and what serious CQB players actually need. With a background in Mechanical design based on studies as an aeronautical expert and furthered at the Polytechnic University of Turin in the Faculty of Industrial Design. Airsoft player with over 10 years of experience, he designs every Brey Tac product from the ground up — from the first CAD draft to the final field test.
When he's not in the workshop, he's running drills with his airsoft squad in Torino, Italia, testing the next iteration of the Blank Kit, or talking to operators about what's missing in their loadout.

Giovanni — Co-Founder & Head of Production
Giovanni runs production and business development for Brey Tac. An industrial engineer by training, he has been based in Shenzhen for nearly a decade — the city that builds most of the world's precision hardware — where he oversees Brey Tac's manufacturing pipeline directly, on the ground.
That distinction matters. Most small tactical brands order from catalog suppliers and hope for the best. Brey Tac doesn't. Every Blank Kit V2, every Nav-Board, every accessory ships only after Giovanni has signed off on materials, tolerances, and quality control at the source. When Michele designs a part in SolidWorks, Giovanni is the one who makes sure it comes out of the CNC the way it was drawn — not a half-millimeter wider, not in a softer alloy, not without the surface finish that lets it survive a thousand throws.
He also drives the business side: B2B partnerships, distribution strategy, and the operational decisions that let Brey Tac scale without compromising on what the brand stands for.
Andrea Rossi — Tactical Advisor & Contributor

Andrea Rossi is the founder of Tactical Airsoft Project, a body of work focused on bringing real-world tactics, techniques, and procedures into airsoft milsim play. His manual is one of the most-referenced resources in the European milsim community, and he is currently writing a follow-up eBook on Military Simulation for Airsoft — covering scenario design, defensive play, storyboard construction, and team training — expected in 2026.
Andrea contributes to the Brey Tac blog on tactics, CQB, milsim mission design, and TTP integration. He has been a collaborator with Brey Tac since 2025, and his independent recommendation of the Blank Kit in his manual reflects a genuine field validation of the product.

What we stand for
We don't pretend airsoft is the same as combat. It isn't. But the closer the gear gets to functioning the way real gear functions — reliability under stress, low logistical overhead, no theatrical compromises — the closer the training value gets to what serious players are actually after.
That's the line we work along. Every product we ship is judged by it.
